Durant Trails is a welcoming, family-friendly neighborhood that combines the amenities of the city with the beauty of the country. Built in the late 1980’s, Durant Trails is an established community. From the pride residents take in the appearance of their homes to neighbors greeting each other on daily walks, there is a great sense of community.

Easy access to the Raleigh Parks Greenway, a wonderful paved trail, is perfect for family walks, short runs or practicing riding a bike.
Like the outdoors; Durant Nature Park, Falls Lake and the Neuse River are within minutes from your door step.
Enjoy a quick dip or a long swim in our community pool. Parents can be reassured of pool safety with our full time lifeguards. The Typhoons swim team hosts swim meets throughout the summer. The pool typically remains open from May 1 until September 30.
Our neighborhood also hosts two lighted tennis courts and a neighborhood playground.
Conveniently located off I540, Durant trails has easy access to everything you need. The nearby Falls River Town Center has a village atmosphere with a wonderful assortment of boutiques, restaurants, salons, and shops; as well as many medical and dental practices.
Need some groceries in a hurry, no worries, there are two grocery stores nearby.
